While working at Crue, he went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning and an Advanced Diploma in Investment Planning. As a Certified Financial Planner^®, he enjoys mentoring and guiding younger advisors, helping them grow in their careers. He also heads up Crue’s internal compliance monitoring, making sure everything runs smoothly and stays on track with regulations while keeping client service a top priority. Your go-to water polo enthusiast, Devon could practically live at the pool! Whether he’s coaching or playing, he’s always in the thick of the action, and his passion for the game is contagious. As a coach, Devon stands out for his supportive and insightful approach, earning the respect and admiration of many who turn to him for guidance. When he’s not coaching or diving into the game, he’s strategising his next big play for his team.
